Kellogg’s, major snack and breakfast cereal producer, split into three free-standing companies to differentiate the food groups and consumers they cater to. Their public offering at the New York Stock Exchange allowed them the opportunity to announce their new independent brand identities in a creative and engaging way.
Kellanova and W.K. Kellogg Co. both wanted their activations to engage consumers with larger-than-life experiences that established the new era of their brands while still noting the history of their companies
